Let’s get organize. While we have time to prepare. Make a priority list and game plan. The first one should be an hour or 30 minutes per day set aside as “Me” time. Take it as the most important part of the list. Take a walk. Listen to music, dance, go to yoga class or just sit in the sofa and read. Do something that makes you happy and relax. After all it’s your time.

Family. Make the list for gifts. Avoid the holidays rush, start buying gifts now. Take advantage of the promotional in-store sales or shop on-line. Don’t forget to listen, sometimes, our love one’s does not really want material things.  They want attention, time and lots of love. Go see a movie or stay home watch funny sitcom or cartoons together. Anything that encourage bonding time. All material things will be outgrown but the gift of Memories will stay intact.
